1. Website Use
This website is strictly informational in nature. Its purpose is to showcase the catalog of available tours and facilitate contact between the user and Tours Experiencia Maya for quoting purposes. This site is not an e-commerce platform nor a direct payment processing system.
2. Quoting & Booking Process
Submitting information through the forms or clicking WhatsApp buttons constitutes a quote request and NOT a confirmed reservation. All bookings are considered valid only when explicitly confirmed by an advisor through our official channels (WhatsApp or email) and the agreed confirmation process is completed.
3. Prices & Rates
Prices displayed on the site are referential and expressed in Mexican Pesos (MXN). Tours Experiencia Maya reserves the right to modify rates at any time due to changes in operational costs, peak seasons, third-party availability, or force majeure. The final price will be the one provided by the advisor during the private conversation.
4. Service Availability
Displaying a tour on the site does not guarantee its immediate availability. Spaces are subject to manual confirmation. We are not responsible for lack of availability on specific dates if there is no previously confirmed reservation.
5. User Responsibility
The user agrees to provide truthful contact information. Using the site for fraudulent purposes or submitting false information is strictly prohibited and will authorize the company to disregard such requests.
6. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
For the interpretation and compliance of these terms, as well as any dispute arising from the use of the site, the parties submit to the current legislation in Mexico and the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Mérida, Yucatán, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by present or future domicile.
7. Modifications
Tours Experiencia Maya may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site implies acceptance thereof.
