We accept multiple forms of payment. You can book by paying a 50% deposit or the full amount via bank transfer, OXXO deposit, or credit/debit card through our secure link. If you pay a 50% deposit, the remaining balance is settled on the day of the tour.
Generally, our tours include round-trip transportation in air-conditioned vehicles, a certified guide, and entrance fees to sites (if specified in the quote). What is rarely included are tips, alcoholic beverages, and personal expenses. Each tour has exact specifications that your advisor will send you via WhatsApp before confirming.
In case of date changes, we can reschedule at no extra cost if you notify us with sufficient anticipation (subject to availability). However, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances. For more details, please review our Cancellation Policy.
Yes, most of our excursions feature bilingual guides (Spanish and English). If you need a guide in another language (French, German, Italian), please contact us in advance to organize a private tour.
Our tours range from $1,050 MXN (Columpios Island and Progreso) to $1,800 MXN (Bacalar, Tulum and Cenotes, Isla Mujeres). The Mayan Train costs $1,400 MXN for nationals and $1,550 MXN for foreigners. Check the details and updated prices in our tour catalog.
Most of our tours last between 8 and 12 hours door to door from Merida. For example, the Chichen Itza tour departs at 8:00 and returns at 20:00. The Bacalar tour is the longest: it departs at 5:00 and returns around 22:00. Each tour has its specific schedule detailed in the corresponding description.

Most tours depart between 7:00 and 8:30 in the morning from a central meeting point in Merida. Some tours like Bacalar or Tulum depart earlier (5:00-6:00). The exact time and meeting point are confirmed when you book.
We recommend lightweight cotton clothing, biodegradable sunscreen (mandatory to protect the cenotes), a hat or cap, insect repellent, a towel, swimsuit, comfortable walking shoes, and cash for personal expenses and entry fees not included in the package.
