How to find our office
We are in downtown Merida, on Calle 61, a block and a half from the Plaza Grande. Almost everybody walks over from the cathedral, so here is the route told by what you see rather than by coordinates.
Where to book a tour in downtown Merida
If you are at the Plaza Grande, our office is about a five-minute walk away, on Calle 61 between 62 and 64. You can compare routes with an adviser, check prices and schedules, and hold your seat with a 50% deposit in cash, by card or by bank transfer. On foot from the cathedral (five minutes)
This is the route almost everybody takes, because the square is where any walk around downtown ends up. It is nearly a straight line:
- Stand at the main entrance of the cathedral, facing the Plaza Grande.
- Walk to your right up to the corner and cross the street towards the Government Palace, the building with the murals.
- Carry straight on along Calle 61, the square on your left. You will pass a Subway, several food places and shops selling traditional clothing and crafts.
- At the next corner you will see the Burger King. Cross the street and keep going straight.
- Right next to the Burger King is the door: a round sign with our logo sticking out of the wall and the number 503 on the entrance.

If you lose the thread, it is a busy street and everyone downtown knows the Burger King: asking for it gets you there. You can also open the walking route in Google Maps.
From the ADO terminal
From the ADO terminal on Calle 70 (the first-class one) it is about a 15-minute walk: come out onto Calle 69, go up to Calle 61 and walk east until you pass Calle 64. By taxi or app it is a short, cheap ride. The second-class terminal (Noreste) is closer still, about four blocks away.
From the airport
Merida airport is some 20-25 minutes away by car. The simplest option is an authorised taxi or an app to "Plaza Grande" or "Calle 61 and 62": any driver knows the spot. If your hotel is downtown, drop the luggage first — the office is a street-front shop, not a left-luggage desk.
By car, and where to leave it
Calle 61 is one-way and there is no street parking downtown at that time of day. There are several hourly private car parks nearby, most of them on Calles 60, 62 and 64. If you are driving in for a departure, tell us when you confirm: we will say where it makes sense to leave the car that day, depending on where the group sets off from.

What you can sort out at the office
- Get a quote and build the day with an adviser, looking at the map and the real timings of each route.
- Hold seats with 50% or pay in full, and take the receipt with you.
- Pay in cash, by card or sort out a transfer; the options are in payment methods.
- Ask with no commitment: which cenote is open this week, whether Uxmal or Chichen suits you better, which departure fits your flight.
How to book without coming over

Yes, if seats are left. Departures start early, so it is best to message us or drop by the office the afternoon before to confirm your seat and meeting point.
Can I pay at the office? Do you take cards?
Yes. At the office you can pay in cash or by card, or sort out a bank transfer. A 50% deposit holds your seat and the rest is paid on the day of the tour.
