How to book
Three steps and no small print: pick the departure, message on WhatsApp and confirm with the deposit. Nothing is charged on this page.
The three steps
1. Pick your tour
The catalogue lists every departure with its times, price per person, the places it visits, what is included and what is paid separately. Entry to archaeological sites and some cenotes are official rates paid at the ticket office: they are written out before you decide, not after.
If you are not sure which to choose, tell us how many days you have and what interests you and we will order it for you.
2. Message us
The booking button opens WhatsApp with your request already written: tour, number of people and date. All you do is send it. You can also write directly to +52 999 292 8981, call the office on +52 999 453 7390 or come by the office on Calle 61.
We confirm availability the same day, in English or Spanish. If that departure is full, we will tell you which alternative days are running.
3. Confirm and we meet
The booking is firm once at least 50% of the tour is paid, or the full amount. The rest is settled on the day of departure. Payment options are in payment methods.
Departure is from our downtown office. If your accommodation is on the way to the tour or near downtown, pickup can be arranged; that is settled over WhatsApp when booking rather than being automatic.
Where it leaves from
Departure and return point: Calle 61 No. 503 x 62 y 64, downtown Merida, beside the Plaza Grande.
Start times run from 5:00 to 10:00 depending on the tour, and returns from 17:00 to 22:00. Be there fifteen minutes before the agreed time.

How far in advance
- Daily departures (Chichen, Uxmal, cenotes, Celestun, Progreso): a day ahead usually does, though in high season more margin helps.
- Fixed-day departures (Bacalar on Saturdays, Tulum and Isla Mujeres on Fridays): several days, since there is only one date a week.
- Groups: as early as possible. Gathering seats for six or more on the same departure is not always immediate.
- December to March and Easter week: high season, and departures fill up.
If you need an invoice
Ask for it at the time of booking, not afterwards. Tax details need to be sent along with the booking.
Changes and cancellations
The terms are in the cancellation policy, which is the governing document. In practice: if something comes up, tell us as early as possible on the same WhatsApp thread. Rescheduling with notice is nearly always possible; telling us on the morning itself, almost never.
What happens after you book
- You get a confirmation with the meeting point and departure time.
- If pickup at your accommodation was agreed, it stays in writing on the same thread.
- The day before, it is worth checking what to pack, especially cash for entrance fees.
- Any last-minute question goes to the same WhatsApp.
